The Returns Policy of Chi Edinburgh is very straight forward.

• 1. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt if not suitable. If the return postal service makes it unlikely that it would be received by Chi Edinburgh within 7 days, then please contact Chi Edinburgh to inform us of the intended return and when it was sent.
• 2. All returned goods must be returned in the same condition they were received.
• 3. All returned goods must have proof of postage and receipt and it is advisable that the item is insured. Any item that is lost in return that does not have an official and proper proof of postage will be deemed lost by the customer and no refund will be payable.
• 4. In the unlikely event that an item is received in an unsuitable or damaged condition, please inform Chi Edinburgh and return fo a full refund.
